Vintage Hip Flask manufactured by DANIEL and ARTER 

 
The flask pre-dates 1920 when the company became Daniel and Arter Limited
 
The top half of the flask is covered in tan coloured leather and the cup is white metal 
The screw top is also white metal
 
The glass bottle is thick, heavy glass - there is a flaw in the glass at the base (please see the photo) 
 
The flask is 4.5 inches (11.5 cm approx.) tall
