This is an original booklet published as part of Volume 96 in 1948. The pages are lightly tanned and it has two staples on the spine which are a little rusted. The back page has a crease which could be smoothed out. 

 

It has a couple of pencilled numbers in the bottom left and the top left corners. It does not appear to have been read very much and is overall in very good condition.
