This photo was used for a local cinema and displayed at the time of release. 

This is an original photograph from around 1940 for the release of Swiss Family Robinson in the cinemas. It was obtained from a local London cinema at the time. The photo is embossed "R.K.O Pictures ltd / Printed Before Jan 26 1942" in the bottom right corner. 

The photo is stamped by the distributer on the rear "International Film Renters Ltd /  167, Wardour Street, London - W1" and with a second stamp which reads "IMPORTANT THE GOVERNMENT does not permit re-print of Stills therefore IMPERATIVE STILLS ARE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY after exhibition"
