Overall in good condition, some slight rippling and a little wear to corners.  There is a small pinprick hole in the middle top of the white band and possibly at the bottom probably from where the photo was originally put up. The photo shown is the exact photo you will receive. Please see the photos as these form part of the description, in places there is glare from our lighting which is not present on the original.

This photo was used for a local cinema and displayed at the time of release. 

This is an original photograph from around 1940 for the release of Tom Brown's School Days in the cinemas. It was obtained from a local London cinema at the time. The photo is embossed "International Film Renters Ltd / Printed before January 1942" and "R.K.O Pictures ltd / Printed before Jan 26 1942" in the bottom right corner. These are embossed over each other.

The photo is stamped by the distributer on the rear "International Film Renters Ltd /  167, Wardour Street, London - W1" and with a second stamp which reads "IMPORTANT THE GOVERNMENT does not permit re-print of Stills therefore IMPERATIVE STILLS ARE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY after exhibition"
